At Venusxthetics, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and with care. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines:
• Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for us to process your order. Processing time is separate from shipping time and involves preparing and packing your order.
• Shipping Method: After your order is processed, it will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS shipping usually takes up to 3 business days for delivery.
• Business Days: Business days for processing and shipping are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Kindly include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item after reviewing the submitted evidence.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Venusxthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delivered packages. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.
• Handcrafted Products: All of our products are handmade with care, which may lead to occasional slight variations. We appreciate your patience as we work to create each item with love and attention to detail.
