Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask for a minimum of 3 business days for order processing. Once processed (within 2 business days), your order will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), with an estimated delivery time of up to 3 business days for shipping.

It is important to be aware that business days for processing and shipping do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping method you choose.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please inform us within seven days, and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you. Providing photos of the damaged item/package is greatly appreciated as it helps us improve our shipping processes.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide discounts for final sales. We are also unable to accept returned products.

Our products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have concerns about a specific health condition, we recommend consulting with your physician before using any of our products.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please address this issue with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Venusxthetics is not responsible for packages that are delivered, lost, or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered, lost, or stolen.
