Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly request a minimum of three (3) business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed (within two (2) business days), it will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), with an estimated delivery timeframe of up to three (3) business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.


Business days for processing and shipping exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and recognized holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


In the event that an item arrives damaged, we request that you notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement item. Photographs of the damaged item and/or packaging are greatly appreciated, as they assist us in improving our shipping procedures.


Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide discounts on final sale items. All sales are considered final, and returned products will not be accepted.


Our products and product information are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have specific health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to using our products.


If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877. Venusxthetics is not responsible for packages that are delivered, lost, or stolen. Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered, lost, or stolen.


As a small business, please understand that all items are handcrafted with care. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we create, pack, and dispatch each order thoughtfully.
